Ehimen Egbedion has solid background in EFT project management and business development, having worked across several key functions with various blue chip organisations. He has cognate international experience of providing project management and consultancy to major multi-national corporations and helping businesses deliver and achieve their strategic goals.
Prior to VARs & TIs Limited, Ehimen managed and delivered various strategy-related projects, including business process re-engineering, organization design, change management, ERP solutions roll-out, and business integration.
He has held various strategic roles in different organisations, including Interswitch Limited,
Coporeti support services limited, and RIPPCON Nigeria Limited.
His previous responsibilities cut across project management, businesses development, performance management, new product introduction, sales and operations planning. As an entrepreneur with a successful track record in taking leadership roles in cross-functional teams and driven by continuous learning, Ehimen has overall responsibility for corporate strategy & direction, business development, planning & implementation, change management, corporate governance, strategic alliances and corporate social responsibility.
A member of Microsoft Certified Professionals, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Association of project managers Group (APMG, UK), Ehimen is a highly motivated and articulate professional who brings with him extensive technical and business development experience and expertise spanning across many key business areas in EFT.
In addition to attending several management training programmes, Ehimen holds a BSc (First
Class Honours) degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, MCTS, MCITP, NIM proficiency certificate in management, Postilion and PRINCE2 practitioner certificates (Project management) amongst others.
Kehinde as the operation manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the company with external stakeholders. He will take on the responsibility of formulating operational policies, designing operational processes, managing daily operations, purchasing, planning the use of materials and human resources, oversees transportation, distribution to clients, warehousing, just-in-time delivery that helps minimize costs and maximize productivity. His KPI is to create a happy and satisfied customer.
Prior to joining VARs & TIs Limited, he has worked in similar functions with Telnet Nigeria Limited, Bank PHB, Pridar System Limited. His responsibilities include supervising operational field staff, managing ATM Engineers, ATM Site Survey, ATM deployment and repositioning, ATMs site Installation and configuration, ATM repairs and maintenance Installation and support of Proview, Installation and maintenance of Windows XP and NT Server, EMV upgrade (enabling Euro pay Master card and VISA card), ATMs custodian Training, Response to fault calls, Provide rapid 2nd Level support to ATMs deployed by the bank
Kehinde holds a BSc and HND in Computer Science from Lagos state university and Kwara state polytechnic respectively. He is a seasoned ATM professional. He has also attended many industry related seminars and courses.
In his role as financial manager for VARs & TIs LIMITED, Endurance Airamoehi manages VARs & TIs Limited finance organization with responsibility for accounting, financial analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations, and audit.
Prior to joining VARs & TIs Limited, Endurance was the financial officer of sterling securities limited, responsible for financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate development, accounting, tax, purchasing, and investor relations.
He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Accounting and financial management from Obafemi Awolowo university and he is a chartered accountant (ACCA).
As chief technology officer, Gbenga is responsible for shaping VARs & TIs long-term technology vision and driving innovation across the company.
He is responsibilities are not limited to identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s services as a technology-based business, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success; identify technology trends and evolving social behaviour that may support or impede the success of the business; evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company’s services; lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all web-based services; participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization’s resources are used responsibly, particularly in the areas of software development, office networks and computers, and telecommunications; collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs; establish a governance process that meets government, partner, and company expectations for customer information privacy; direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s data and servers; direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan; communicate the company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Prior to joining VARs & TIs Limited, Gbenga has worked as a lead software engineer at NDIC, and Reliance bank.
In his previous responsibilities, Gbenga has developed several ERP solutions. He has demonstrated expertise in bringing companies and people together through dozens of acquisitions with the exceptional ability to quickly promote best practices and to drive integrated teams toward common goals.
A certified Project Manager, Gbenga has spent the last 3 years of his professional career successfully developing and deploying turn-key business enterprise solutions, refurbishment of legacy infrastructure and organizational assets.
Gbenga holds a BSc in banking finance from Ambrose Ali University, E-business software design certification from E-council Malaysia. He is a trained project manager. He is a member of different professional bodies and has also attended many industry related seminars and courses.
